Shipping Policy

Islarena jewelry and products are handmade to order and production time takes around 10-15 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. We also partnered with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the most interesting items.

We ship via USPS and your order may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive - shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on where you live.

At the time we only ship to USA and Puerto Rico.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If you have not received your order within 6 weeks please email us at info@islarena.com. Please give us 2-4 days to resolve your inquiry. 

Customs tax is not included and may apply, depending on each country's tax policy.

Please note - refusing to pay customs tax by law will not be an acceptable reason to receive a refund.

For domestic orders we use the carrier USPS. Once an order is with the carrier Islarena is not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or delayed packages. The customer has the responsibility to contact the carrier directly (USPS) for any questions and/or claims in regards to their packages.
