What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, to give you the most secure and trusted way to make your purchases.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to USA and Puerto Rico.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It all depends on where your order is going to be shipped as well the time of the year - usually is busier during the holidays. Due to our products being handmade and customized, please allow 1-2 weeks to process and create your item. An order will usually take from 2 – 6 weeks to arrive.
Due to Covid-19 some shipments might be delayed.
Returns
What should I do if I want to return an item?
Due to our products being customized and handmade we are currently not accepting any returns.
By reason of hygiene concerns, personal items, like jewelry cannot be returned.
We carefully inspect all of our products before shipment, but in the case that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within our 7-day policy with pictures of the damaged item and we will send you instructions on what to do.
Please note, we STRONGLY recommend that you look at the sizing guidelines before placing an order.
Can I exchange an item if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit me?
At the moment, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. We strongly recommend that you carefully select the correct sizing of the product before placing an order. In the event that you receive a damaged item please contact us at info@islarena.com. We would be more than happy to help you with any concerns.
